Our name, "Sepp", means smith or maker in Estonian. Our family name, Puusepp, literally means carpenter. For eight hundred years, our family has been making tools and building structures with our hands. We know the physical toll and the pride of a hard day's work in the trades.
When our founder, Joseph, looked at the software landscape for home service professionals, he saw a massive gap. The tools were either too simple to scale a real business, or they were bloated, enterprise-level dinosaurs that required a PhD to configure. Contractors were spending their nights and weekends doing paperwork instead of resting or growing their business.
We decided to forge a new kind of tool. We took our family's centuries-old ethos of craftsmanship and applied it to code. Today, SeppFlow processes millions of dollars in invoices and automates scheduling for thousands of crews. The material changed from wood and iron to AI and cloud infrastructure, but our mission remains exactly the same: make tools that work as hard as you do.
