SeppFlow specializes in custom software development, sales CRM setup, automations, AI voice/chat agents, and B2B marketing/lead generation consulting. Scope of work is defined in individual agreements with each client.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all source code, software, configurations, design assets, and marketing systems developed by SeppFlow remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the developed systems for their business operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeppFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services, software, or marketing setups. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or server downtime of third-party platforms (Zoho, Google, Meta, HubSpot, Stripe).
Successful CRM and AI implementation depends heavily on client cooperation, including providing required access credentials, materials, and timely feedback. SeppFlow is not responsible for project delays caused by client inaction.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
